The importance of flame resistant clothing supplier inventory and service
Your supplier of flame resistant clothing must meet certain standards as a business that will allow you to feel comfortable doing business with them.
Two things that are highly important is good inventory for the products you require and great service such as returning your phone calls in a timely manner and getting the product freighted out ASAP.
Inventory can fall into two subcategories which is
1) Variety of inventory
2) Reasonable quantities.
The variety of the inventory speaks to the different types/variety of items you require. The stock items must be of varying types and quality which gives you the customer a choice based on budget, quality and other things to determine what you need.
The quantities are straightforward meaning that they should be able to supply whatever quantity you need and product availability is important as you will always want to know that what you want is always in constant supply.
Remember to hire fast and fire faster as a day without the protective clothing could mean you have guys sitting around who cannot works. Any savings that may have been realized with a lower cost supplier could cost you much more in the long run.
One day in an entire year where even a couple workers cannot work could wipe out any savings that the initial supplier pricing may have provided for you.
The service you receive from a supplier is what will keep you coming back. Your flame resistant clothing supplier must make you the client feel that your purchases are valuable to them and they will go above and beyond to make you satisfied with the purchases. The level of service provided will show through in the type of after sale supportyou will receive after the sale is complete.
The relationship between a supplier and a client must be a good and solid one that will be fruitful and mutually beneficial.
