Pipeline To Stretch Across Northern Ohio
A gas pipeline makes sense in terms of economic benefit to the companies utilizing them as it reduces costs to transport the gas between the producer and the end users. However, the concern is where the pipeline will be laid and its proximity to homes and populated areas.
If the line is too close to densely populated areas then the risk of leaks and other issues will be of concern to the residents. It is best if a study is done to see the best route that can be taken through remote areas that will have minimal risks to persons living in these areas.
As much as we need to be practical and minimize operational costs in business we must be mindful of the environment and the people who live in it.
