Petronas Could Benefit From LNG Project Delay
Petronas could stand to benefit because of the delay of the LNG project. They did not rush into placing large scale investments in LNG facilities before they were certain where things were going.
In business it is a balance between being smart and sometimes just being lucky. It can be uncertain at times which way the business can go but is wise to wait until it is crystal clear to know what’s happening before you get caught up in a multimillion investment.
Petronas just may benefit from the delay once they are positive of the project details and can adjust their model towards what is to come in regards to the market and other deciding factors.
